A pair of Régence gilt-bronze chenets, circa 1745-49
each with a spread winged chimera on a shaped moulded base centred by trailing acanthus, the side cast with stylised foliage and a flowerhead, on acanthus-wrapped scrolled feet, each stamped with the C-Couronné poinçon
