款識：(《秋聲賦》詩文略) 至正廿又六年，歲次丙午，清明日同楊鐵崖、蘇大年、王逢、劉基、王繹、上清宮、方壺道士、張雨、冷謙遊西湖精舍，觀龔老人作《秋聲圖》，圖成因書此賦應之。王冕。鈐印：「元章」
