釋文：雙管年來懶精去，況兼花酒念俱輕。緣何已畫梅花扇，又畫觀音贈楚生。隨我蘭郎泛湖水，與峰卻好孟冬時，畫成涉水輕煙筆，寫得微雲遠岫辭。有贈書正蘭書社長兄，洪綬。鈐印：「洪绶之印」、「字章侯」 

題簽：陳老蓮詩軸。黃氏臨清閣藏 

鑑藏印：(何冠五) 「冠五珍藏」
