circular, the lid of the green porphyry box lid set with a micromosaic plaque of the ruins of the Temple of Vesta with a small figure in the foreground, in a polished gold frame, gilt-metal mounts, apparently unmarked, with a handwritten paper label reading: ‘To Lord St. Helens / with the Queens Compliments’,
