Description
oval, the lid centred with a gold-mounted emerald-set crescent moon and star on a translucent red enamel ground over concentric chevron engine-turning, framed with opaque pale blue enamel strapwork bordered in gold, the sides and base similarly decorated, Tunisian standard mark for 18ct gold for 1905-1917, Tunisian barley branch census mark in use October-December 1917
