The arms are those of Oliver, probably for Daniel Oliver of Boston (1663-1732).  He married Elizabeth Belcher and had two sons, Daniel (b. 1704) and Andrew (b. 1706).  The younger was hanged in effigy for his initial support of the Stamp Act, but later became Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts.
