An Eastern French Louis XV/XVI Transitional Amaranth, Bois Satine and Fruitwood Marquetry and Parquetry Writing Table Depicting Reims Cathedral, Third Quarter 18th Century and Later

The probably later rectangular inlaid top depicting the cathedral of Reims, the frieze with a single drawer at the front and veneered on all sides with flowerhead latticework, the whole raised on angular cabriole legs headed by ormolu leaf-tip and rosette mounts, and ending in gilt bronze sabots.
