Made from less than 40% of the harvest. With 13.1 alcohol, we are looking at real pleasure here and the cool August helped this, as well as changes to the vinification. This is a very fine-grained, sleek, elegant wine, with a touch of orange zest on the nose. Very stylish, harmonious and appetising, with a hint of apple at the end. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
