From the start, this was the structured 'keeper', with its very low yield and high acidity, and they made the right decision in launching the 1989 before it. 50% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay, 18% Pinot.mes unier and 21 crus. In 2016, that orange zest Krug nose, followed by a taste of walnuts and mint, round and still very youthful. Extraordinarily complete now. Superb with a risotto that had a twist of orange in it. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
