8vo (193 x 117 mm, uncut). Light offsetting from book label on title, some light scattered foxing. Original drab printed boards; front cover printed at a slight bias, some browning. Red morocco gilt slipcase and red buckram chemise.


First edition of Bryant's first major book, containing "Thanatopsis" and "To a Waterfowl."  


A fine copy.
