the porcelain painted in underglaze blue and iron red highlighted with gilding with hydrangeas and chrysanthemums, the interiors painted near the rim with running sprays of prunus and chrysanthemums, the silver rims flat-chased with scrolling foliage inhabited by birds, a rabbit and hounds, the silver caps chased with four birds alternating with flowers, all on matted grounds
marked on each silver mount with fleur-de-lys discharge for small work Paris, 1711-22
