of pear form painted with birds on flowering branches, with a collar of green diaper spaced with flowers, the cover painted with a partly gilt flower spray, silver-gilt shell thumbpiece above the handle mount chased with shells, straight gadroon rim with spout projection chased with a shell

marked on both parts of handle mount with fox head discharge mark for small work, repeated on the thumbpiece
