4to (9 1 /2 x 7 1/2 in.; 240 x 185 mm). Black etched cards with pinholes for star locations in constellations, the surrounding figures mythological or biblical, printed pink card mounts. Loose in contemporary card portfolio with silk ties; spine of portfolio partially perished, some minor rubbings .
