The movement is running at the t.mes
of cataloguing, however it may require a service in the near future to be well preserved. The dial is in very good condition. The case shows a few light micro-scuffs to the bezel. Overall this watch is in very good condition and appear to have never been worn.

The reference 5041 was produced in white gold between 1995 and 2003. It is similar to the reference 5040, but the reference 5041 is more limited. The two different references can be differentiated by the dials and the bezels. The dial of the reference 5041 has white gold Breguet numerals and an outer minutes ring calibrated with dots. Meanwhile the reference 5040 has more standard Arabic numerals and an outer railroad-style minute track. The bezel of the reference 5041 is flat and bevelled, while the reference 5040 has a bombé bezel. Interestingly enough, the present example sold in 2004 must be one of the last pieces made for the reference 5041 before it was discontinued.
