For the first time in a long time, Topshop has been in the news a lot lately.

Firstly, it was the newly released BBC documentary Trouble at Topshop, which looks at the demise of the popular British brand in the noughties, that got people talking.

Then ASOS announced the relaunch of the heritage brand, which the online retailer took over in February 2021.

Topshop and Topman have their own ‘shop front’ and the previous logo has been reintroduced, giving those who loved it the first time a hint of nostalgia.

Many of the most popular silhouettes and cuts are back, they’ve been given an updated look as members of Topshop’s previous design team joins forces with ASOS.

The latter’s commercial design and visual director Vanessa Spence is overseeing the relaunched brand, and one step she’s taken has been to introduce Curve to the online brand.
