Does ASOS give birthday discounts?

Absolutely! All you need to do is head over to ASOS.com, and make sure that you’re opted in for email communication. This means you are giving the retailer permission to contact you with deals and promotions. If you already have an ASOS account, simply go to ‘My Account,’ then head to ‘Contact Preferences.’ Click the ‘Email’ check box beside ‘Discounts and New Drops,’ then click ‘Confirm Preferences.’ You’ll then need to wait up to seven days for the changes to take effect.

In signing up then you should then be emailed a 10% discount code for your birthday, which will be sent two weeks before the date and expire at 11.59 on the day of your birthday. 

You’ll be able to use this up to maximum order of £500 at the checkout and it’s only valid for a select number of full price items – so make sure you’re choosing wisely.

Can I use my ASOS birthday discount more than once?

How to apply ASOS promo code

To apply your birthday code, all you need to do is enter it at the checkout in the ‘Promo/ Student code’ box. Make sure to click ‘Apply Code’ and it’ll be added on to your order.

Can I use my birthday code on ASOS Marketplace?

Unfortunately, no. ASOS Marketplace operates separately, hosting independent sellers who dish out their own unique pieces, which means it doesn’t accept ASOS’s promos or special birthday codes. So, while you can chase those birthday bargains on ASOS.com, the Marketplace sticks to its own path. Keep that code for good use on ASOS.com, and treat yourself to something special from the Marketplace’s own range instead.

Additionally, you can’t use promos or birthday codes and student discounts to ASOS Brand Partners as per their Ts&Cs. You also can’t use them to purchase an ASOS Premier subscription or Gift Vouchers.
