In 2023, I’ve decided to level up my swimming.

Firstly and perhaps most importantly, your swimwear should offer support. Whether you’re big or small-busted, it’s vital that your swimsuit keeps you in place. Look for high necks, cups and/or padding.

If you’re planning to swim a lot, look for chlorine-resistant material. The chlorine in pools will damage the spandex of your suit over time, which explains the sagging suit after a holiday.
