When does the COS sale start? Our prediction

We’re expecting COS to kick off their next sale during Black Friday 2024, which lands on November 29th. Last year, COS offered up to 40% off select items, which is a pretty hefty chunk off! Usually COS continues their discounts through to Cyber Monday, which is December 2nd, 2024. Following this, you can expect the next major sale to take part around Boxing Day. COS usually offers up to 50% off in its seasonal sales and newsletter subscribers get VIP early access, so if you want to be the first to shop the discounts, sign up here. You’ll also be treated to occasional discount codes too. Most sales tend to follow a similar pattern throughout the year, so it’s not too difficult to work out when the next one is set to kick off.

COS predicted sale dates 2024

January: After kicking off in December 2023, COS saw its Boxing Day sale continue throughout January, with up to 50% off.

April: The mid-season sale began in early April, with up to 50% off select items. It ended on 15th April.

June: The COS summer sale started on 24th June.

Black Friday: COS always takes part in Black Friday, and in 2024, it lands on November 29th. In previous years, we’ve seen up to 60% off.

December: Around Christmas, COS will launch its winter sale. You can expect up to 50% off.

How much can you expect to save?

COS tends to offer up to 50% off initially and this often increases as the sale continues. During Black Friday, we’ve seen discounts reach up to 60% off.

Does COS take part in Black Friday?

Yes, COS takes part in Black Friday every year and we’re expecting the brand to take part again in 2024. In 2023, COS offered 25% off selected styles, including knitwear, outerwear, dresses, jeans and much more. In 2022, COS offered 25% off knitwear exclusively for Black Friday. For Cyber Monday, the brand then increased the discounts to include many other items including coats and jackets, dresses, shirts, tops and trousers.

Does COS offer student discount?

Absolutely. You can claim 10% off if you’re a student and it couldn’t be easier. You simply need to confirm your student status on Student Beans, Mecenat or Unidays. You’ll be required to login to verify your student card and get access to your discount code, then you’ll just need to enter it at the checkout to get 10% off.
