The sought-after brand comes with a hefty price tag however, with ยฃ2,000 being the average cost of one of these bags.

Does Bottega Veneta ever hold sales?
Looking to snag a Bottega bag for less? It always pays to shop smart, and there are some sneaky ways to do it.
While Bottega doesn’t offer discounts in stores or online, you can find plenty of cheaper options from stockists, of which there are many.
A quick Google will find discounted and pre-loved pieces on Farfetch, Yoox, The Outnet and many more.
There’s also a Bottega outlet at Bicester Village.

Are Bottega Veneta bags good quality?
It almost goes without saying that these celebrity favourite bags are indeed good quality.
As reported on Italist, Bottega’s handbags and shoes are handcrafted by artisans in Italy, who have had extensive training.
The intrecciato weave, which Bottega specialises in, is a complex technique, which takes hours sometimes days to complete.
On top of that, the brand only uses high quality materials that aim to last a lifetime. These materials are put through thorough testing to ensure this.
What does Bottega Veneta mean?
The brand was founded in Veneto, Italy by Michele Taddei and Renzo Zengiaro in 1966.
Many designer brands are named after their founders, but Bottega Veneta literally translates as ‘Venetian shop’ in English.
