H&M are teaming up with TOGA Archives and we’ve found out everything you need to know.

H&M designer collaborations are always exciting. They used to arrive once a year, but 2021 seems to have inspired the brand because we’ve been treated to many, including those with Simone Rocha, Sabyasachi and Brock Collection.

Those collections were well-received, with Simone Rocha x H&M even touted as one of the best the brand has ever released.

Now another is on the agenda, this time with TOGA Archives and it’s set to arrive in just a few weeks time.

What is TOGA Archives?

TOGA Archives is a Tokyo-based independent designer label that was founded by Yasuko Furuta in 1997.

The brand is known for its accessible take on avant-garde and reimagined classics.

While the collaboration is set to be more affordable, TOGA Archive’s pieces range from around $200 to a couple of thousand.

What to expect from the Toga Archives x H&M collection

You can look forward to seeing deconstructed shirts, hybridised trench coats, plisse skirts and much more from this collection.

In the accessories department, you’ll find cowboy heels, pumps, statement earrings, and more.

Where and when to get the TOGA Archives x H&M Collection — H&M

Speaking about the inspiration behind the collection, Yasuko Furuta said, “Fashion can communicate ideas and interests immediately and non-verbally.

“With TOGA, I have explored the concept of the customer having agency over what they are wearing, a decision that conveys their personality instantly… I would love for this H&M collection to introduce that idea to a global audience.”

When is TOGA Archives x H&M launching?

TOGA Archives x H&M Prices

Similarly to previous designer collaborations, the prices for TOGA Archives x H&M are of course higher than the regular H&M collections.

A tailored jacket is £119.99 with matching trousers at £79.99, while shoes go up to £199.99. Dresses come in at around £119.99 and earrings are £34.99.
