Rabanne x H&M Release Date - When is the Designer Collaboration Available to Buy?

H&M is teaming up with Rabanne on a new collection of womenswear, menswear, shoes and accessories coming soon, but when exactly will you be able to get your hands on it? If you’re a designer junkie on a shoestring budget, H&M’s designer collaborations will be your best friend. The high street giant has been teaming up with esteemed luxury labels since 2004, first joining forces with Karl Lagerfeld on a first of its kind accessible collection.

Since then H&M has worked with Maison Margiela, Moschino, Kenzo, Simone Rocha and most recently Mugler, bringing luxury fashion to the mass market. Needless to say, each collection has been extremely popular, selling out in just a few hours.

The brand has just announced its latest collab with Rabanne, best known for their chainmail dresses first introduced by the brand’s namesake Paco Rabanne in the 60s. The designer sadly passed away in February 2023 at the age of 88, but his label lives on under Puig.

What to expect from Rabanne x H&M

The collection will include womenswear, menswear, shoes and accessories, as well as an H&M Home décor capsule. Expect sequins, sparkles and embellishment, as we saw at the collection launch party and in the newly released Rabanne x H&M lookbook.

At Silencio nightclub in Paris, Ashley Graham, Irina Shayk, Elle Fanning, Jared Leto and many more stars wore Rabanne x H&M pieces, including a faux fur trimmed wool coat with gold buttons, a sequin maxi dress and a leopard print bodycon midi.

The stand out pieces we’ve seen so far are a silver sequin maxi dress, a silver and gold mini dress with XXL sequins and matching handbags.

When will Rabanne x H&M be available to buy?

Rabanne x H&M will be available to buy from November 9th, 2023 on the H&M website and in select stores worldwide. That’s just a few days away and a few weeks before H&M’s Black Friday sale too. Choose where to spend your money wisely!

While we don’t know for certain what time the collection will drop, we can take a look at past designer collection release times for a clue. The Mugler collection launched at 9am on the H&M website and in H&M stores. It was a similar story for the collab with Simone Rocha, and I was waiting in an online queue from around 7.30am. I wasn’t the first to get in either; after waiting for over an hour, I managed to access the collection but a few pieces were already sold out.
