Does Zara do gift receipts?

Yes, Zara do gift receipts for both online purchases and those made in-store. The gift receipts don’t show the price of the item(s) purchased and if you’re ordering the item online, you can add a customised message to the order too. The receipt allows you to exchange or return an order both in-store and request a return online. These days, Zara charge £1.95 for online returns too. To request a gift receipt, you can simply ask the member of staff at the till when you make your purchase, or if purchasing online, you can request a gift receipt at checkout.

How long is a Zara gift receipt valid for?
