Description
At the turn of the century, Rolex introduced the Daytona "Beach" series as a more colourful variation on the landmark model line. Featuring an array of striking and summery coloured dials with matching lizard skin straps, they were a distinct departure from the standard monochrome offering. The present example is the yellow colourway, featuring yellow mother-of-pearl dial.
Condition Report
Very GoodThe mother-of-pearl dial is nice and intact. The watch is in very good condition with very light signs of surface wear, but remains well proportioned and retains 3 crisp hallmarks. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
