This beautiful and luxurious platinum and sapphire-set bracelet watch is an incredibly lavish example and perfectly captures the spirit of the Art-Deco period, enhanced with old-cut diamonds throughout and set with sapphires at each end of the case. During this period, Audemars Piguet created the movement and the hands and then delivered them to the desired jeweler to be fitted into luxurious and lavish bracelets.
What further enhance the desirability and rarity of this watch is that the dial is further signed for T. Kirkpatrick & Co., the retailer from New York City, USA. The firm was frequently commissioned by Audemars Piguet to produce rarely seen and highly skilled case designs and bracelets as it is illustrated with the present bracelet watch.

Very GoodThe watch is in overall very good condition for its age. The dial is tarnished throughout and spotted. The hands with oxidation. There are multiple watchmaker's marks on the case back. The case is in very attractive overall condition with very crisp engravings throughout. The diamond and sapphire setting is complete. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
