48.8hl/hectare produced, which is high for Cheval Blanc. The harvest took place between 1-17 October. Only 12.5% alcohol. In 2022, the scent is gloriously spicy and voluptuous, immensely attractive. All the plums and leather of the cru 'en bouche', with lovely, mouth-lining texture and wonderful drinkability. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
