Wonderfully voluptuous bouquet, stamped with First Growth class. Black cherries and glycerol invade the senses. Coffee beans and pure cassis on the palate. A thoroughbred, to use a racing term - and what could be more apt? In 2013, a very luscious nose and almost a Merlot opulence. A real taste of chocolate and spiced plums. This is all over you, with its very thick texture. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

A successful entrepreneur and esteemed wine connoisseur, he is also renowned as a hotel and restaurant operator. His discerning taste shines through in this exceptional collects ion. 

This remarkable collects ion features some of the most exquisite Bordeaux Classified Growths and gems from legendary vintages such as Mouton Rothschild 1982, Latour 1982 and Petrus 1989. It also includes distinguished Champagnes from renowned houses such as Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 1995 and Krug Clos du Mesnil 1990. Complementing these are wines from the iconic Domaine de la Romanée-Conti from 1991 and 1993. Offered in generous parcel quantities, this collects ion is a true celebration of elegance, tradition, and excellence.

Most of the collects ion has been acquired over the past three decades from UK and local wine merchants. Almost 100% of the wines were purchased more than 20 years ago. Vintage 1995 and onwards such as Mouton Rothschild and Comte de Champagne were mostly ordered and purchased on release in parcel quantities. The wines have been professionally stored in two professional, temperature-controlled cellars in Taipei since.
