Description

Antique Spiritus Frumenti E.J. Curley 100 Proof 1917

This bottle, and especially its packaging, is a rare historical testament to the changes imposed by Prohibition. The bottle comes in a tamper-proof box with an extensive note on the back to druggists and consumers, explaining how to open it and how to look for evidence of tampering. Many of the Whiskies from this particular bottling were around 17 years of age and bottled around the mid 1930's.

1 bottle pint (original carton)
