The Patek Philippe World Time has been a traveler’s dream since the first Reference 515 HU was launched in 1937. Designed for the jetset, Patek Philippe’s Heures Universelles allowed its cosmopolitan owner to know the time across the most glamorous cities around the world at the flick of a wrist.
Subsequent iterations of the Heure Universelle family became miniature wearable time capsules that chronicled the rise and fall of nations and cities. The Reference 5130, which made its debut in 2006, is a modern evolution of the beloved collection until it was replaced by the Reference 5230 in 2016.
