the waisted circular body, with twin scroll and grape handles, decorated with a shaded and tooled-gilt continuous scene of a procession of putti, by Leopold Lieb, signed and dated Leib. f:/ 814, playing instruments and holding leafy garlands and swathes of fabric, centered either with a putto guiding a goat or a leopard, above a tooled band of grapevine, supported on a stepped socle neck with a gilt-stiff leaf band with further grapes, on a square foot, shield mark in underglaze-blue, impressed date code 813, impressed numeral 53(?)
