This is the second in the Parker’s Heritage collection from Heaven Hill. The series originated with Parker Beam, Heaven Hill’s famed master distiller, who wanted an annual program in which he could showcase the distillery’s depth and breadth. Beam died in 2017, but the series lives on, with each year’s release ranking among the most anticipated American whiskey bottles of the year. In this case, the whiskey, a bourbon, is 27 years old, some of the oldest ever sold by Heaven Hill.
