60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 20% vinified in oak casks. 4g/l dosage. In 2020, a wonderful, complex nose, bringing in nectarines and white peaches - but so much more. The complexity goes through to the palate, in all its elegance and richness, with the breed and maturity of the year and still so fresh. Long, full and remarkable, with such allure and seduction. This is one of my favourite cuvées in the whole of the region, in a great vintage. Stunning. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
