Comprising: a necklace, the front collet-set with an antique Roman coin depicting the Emperor Constantine II, accented by a collet-set cabochon sapphire, from a slightly graduated curb-link chain, length approximately 390mm; and a pair of ear clips; each signed Bulgari, maker’s marks for Bulgari, Italian maker’s and assay marks for gold.
