rectangular, decorated with alternating bands of opaque white and royal blue enamel on an engine-turned gold ground, terminating at both sides with triangular reserves decorated with leaf tips in translucent green basse-taille enamel, within an opaque white enamel border, diamond-set thumbpiece, plain gold interior, struck to interior with Fabergé in Cyrillic, workmaster's intitials, 56 standard, scratched inventory number 25435
