inscribed Alberto Giacometti, numbered 2/6 and stamped with the foundry mark C. VALSUANI CIRE PERDUE
bronze
height: 62.9 cm. 24¾ in.
Conceived circa 1926; this example cast in bronze by the Valsuani Foundry, Paris, circa 1962-65. This work is number 2 from an edition of 6 plus 2 artist's proofs.
The authenticity of this work has been confirmed by the Comité Giacometti and it is recorded in the Alberto Giacometti database as AGD 4632.
