The rectangular green enamelled case featuring a stylized horse and polo player in profile, the body of the polo player set with calibré-cut buff-top mother-of-pearl, amethyst and citrine, the ball composed of a cultured half-pearl, the border, thumbpiece and horse accented by round and single-cut diamonds, opening to reveal a mirror and lipstick slip, gross weight approximately 106 dwts, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered 26307, with French assay and workshop marks; circa 1925.
