Comprising: a brooch of foliate design set with pear-shaped sapphires, enhanced with marquise-shaped and baguette diamonds; and a pair of ear clips en suite; each signed Bulgari, maker’s marks for Bulgari, Italian assay marks for platinum, French assay marks for platinum and gold, fitted case stamped Bulgari.
