Description
Fol. 3v: Copyist notes that there was a lacuna in the text from which he copied.
Fols. 11v-12r: Mystical intentions (kavvanot) for the Amidah prayer, composed in reply to a request for such intentions.
Fols. 12v-14v: Extracts on kabbalah, mostly on prayers and biblical verses.
This volume contains Solomon ibn Adret’s commentary on the legends of the Talmud. It includes commentary on tractates Berakhot, Ta’anit, Megillah, Bava Batra, Hullin and Nedarim. The beginning is missing, along with much of Tractate Ta’anit.

14 leaves on paper (4r blank), 8 3/8 x 5 ¾ inches; 213 x 146 mm, written in brown ink in Sephardic-Oriental script; browned and dampstained throughout, corners frayed. Nineteenth-century blue paper wrappers.
