Spicy, orange zest nose. Almost smells like a Meursault 1er Cru! Lovely marmalade on brioche taste and with great freshness on the follow-through. Gingerbread finish. More personality than the breedy 1999. Serena Sutcliffe, MW.

辛辣、橙皮氣息。芬芳幾乎堪比Meursault 一級佳釀！味道如牛油小麵包配果醬，接下來一路鮮爽香沛。收結有薑餅味。格調比1999年更上一層樓。2015年品嚐1.5公升裝，柔順迷人，充滿莎當妮的鮮花迷香。施慧娜（葡萄酒大師M.W.）

Provenance

A small part of a much larger collection, this has been assembled meticulously for over 20 years. Many were purchased from Replica Shoes ’s, including single-owner sales such as “Direct from the Cellars of Paul Jaboulet Aine” in 2012; “Wines from the Cellar of The Fux Restaurant” in 2017 and “The Tran-scend-ent Sale” in 2019. Others were mainly purchased on release from reputable UK wine merchants. All wines were professionally stored in a professional temperature-controlled cellar before the sale.
