Reverse ullage: 3x1cm, capsules slightly scuffed and damp affected

In 2017, this has matured quite a bit and is now very winey, right from the start. On the palate, there is vanillin and walnuts, plus real texture. This is, for me, very much food DP, rolling round the mouth with changing facets. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
