Compare an identical dish exhibited in Chinese Export Porcelain, Marchant & Son, London, 2015, cat. no. 11; also a group of plates and four larger dishes from the collection of Lord Margadale of Islay, removed from Fonthill House, Tisbury, Wiltshire, and sold at Christie's London, 31st May 1965, lot 52. Another pair of plates is illustrated in George C. Williamson, The Book of Famille Rose, London, 1927, pl. XLVII; and another was exhibited by Yu Chunming in the Nanchang University Museum Exhibition Jing Yan [An Exhibition of Chinese Export Porcelain], 2012, cat. no. 20.
