the globular body rising from a short spreading foot to a flaring neck, set to one side of the shoulder with a short curved spout and to the other with a tall strap handle adjoining the neck, covered overall in a pale straw-coloured glaze

Acquired from Edward T. Chow (1910-80) in the late 1960s.
