Featuring a triangular ruby weighing 1.75 carats flanked by lozenge-shaped diamonds, the surround pavé-set with single and circular-cut diamonds. 

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 131608, stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating, stating 'pigeon blood' colour.
