鈐印︰「右任」。 

上款：「昌樂」即蕭昌樂，江西南康人，蔣經國機要秘書。中央幹校畢業，上世紀三十年代末蔣經國主政贛南時始追隨蔣氏。曾任亞東關係協會東京辦事處顧問、國民黨中央委員會秘書處主任，一九八六調任大陸工作會主任，為十三屆中央委員。
