In 2020, an utterly warm, ripe, violetty nose, so winningly 2009. Long, deep, luscious violets and berries taste, caressing the palate wth silky splendour. Or is it velvet? One could ponder this over hours, glass in hand, such is the seduction of this wine. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
