Chambolle-Musigny Village is typically sourced from two parcels of vines, one from 1er Cru Les Plantes and one from village-level La Combe d'Orveau. However, in 2016, La Combe d'Orveau sustained too much frost damage, and as a result, two barrels of Musigny, vinified separately, were added to six barrels of Les Plantes for the final blend.
