woodblock print, depicting two women approaching the inner precincts of a shrine in heavy set snow, signed Hasui, sealed Kawase, publisher's mark (Hotei 'C', circa 1927-32) to the lower left margin Hanmoto Watanabe hanga-ten [publisher Watanabe print dealer], dated Showa rokunen ganjitsu saku (made on New Year’s Day, 1931)
