Black Starr & Frost

Designed as a hinged rectangular box with a panel of mother of pearl and hardstone inlays depicting a boat in a watery landscape, quartered by rose-cut diamond accents, within a black, green and ochre enamel ground decorated with a stylised foliate pattern, the interior of the lid is engraved with the letters E.S. and an eagle.
