the top with a possibly associated removable upper section with a single long drawer and two short drawers, one fitted with pen holder and inkwells, above a later hinged top opening to reveal a leather-inset writing surface, with later lopers and a frieze drawer below, the underside fitted with sliding aperture for sewing bag now lacking, on square tapering legs with an undertier, adapted
