A Set of Six Early George III Mahogany Dining Chairs, Third Quarter 18th Century

Each with a serpentine top rail carved with acanthus leaves and paper scroll terminals, above a pierced splat centered by a diamond, and the drop-in seat raised on cabriole legs carved at the knees with pendant acanthus leaves, and ending in claw-and-ball feet.
