A Chinese Export Green-Glazed Biscuit Figure of a Seated Hound

Qing Dynasty, 18th Century

清十八世紀 綠釉坐犬擺件


modeled with tail curled, jaws open and with an alert gaze


height 5 3/4 in.; 14.6 cm

There is restoration to the front left leg and paw with associated overspray, and possible minor losses to the canines. Overall with minor firing imperfections and wear to the surface.
